Nina is four years old, and she's the reason this bakery exists.
What started as her dad teaching her to crack eggs slowly turned into a quiet kitchen-table tradition, built around taking your time and getting it right. No rush, no shortcuts, just learning what made something taste right. Every cupcake we make still passes through her approval first.

Our cupcakes use about half the sugar of a regular cupcake. Not overly sweet, the kind you can have two of without feeling sick of the sweetness. Small batches, no shortcuts, and nut-free recipes throughout. Less sugar, more flavour, every time.
