Ordering questions
When do I need to order?
You can place an order online anytime, 24/7. Orders close at 2:00 PM the day before your delivery or pickup day, which gives us time to shop and prep. So a Tuesday delivery needs to be ordered by Monday 2 PM, and a Saturday delivery by Friday 2 PM. Your cupcakes are then baked fresh on the day they reach you.
When will my order arrive?
On the delivery day you chose, between about 5:00 and 9:00 PM. We deliver ourselves, Tuesday to Saturday, and the calendar only shows days you can still order for.
Where do you deliver?
To addresses within about a 15 minute drive of our kitchen in Nolan Hill NW: Arbour Lake, Beddington Heights, Carrington, Citadel, Country Hills, Dalhousie, Edgemont, Evanston, Glacier Ridge, Hamptons, Hawkwood, Hidden Valley, Kincora, Livingston, MacEwan Glen, Nolan Hill, Panorama Hills, Ranchlands, Rocky Ridge, Royal Oak, Sage Hill, Sandstone Valley, Scenic Acres, Sherwood, and Silver Springs. Further than that, you're welcome to pick up from us, Tuesday to Saturday between 5 and 8 PM. Enter your address at checkout and we'll tell you right away which one applies.
How much is delivery?
Free within 2 km of our kitchen in Nolan Hill. Past that it goes by driving distance: $10 up to 10 km, and $12 up to 20 km. You'll see your exact fee as soon as you enter your address.
Are you open on holidays?
We take family holidays off, so there's no baking or delivery on Halloween, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas Eve through Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day. The calendar skips those days for you.
Can I get Saturday delivery?
Yes. Saturday works like any other delivery day, just order by Friday 2 PM.
Can I buy in person?
Yes, we pop up at farmers markets on Saturdays. See where we'll be.
