Ordering questions
When do I need to order?
You can place an order online anytime, 24/7. Orders close at 2:00 PM the day before your delivery or pickup day, which gives us time to shop and prep. So a Tuesday delivery needs to be ordered by Monday 2 PM, and a Saturday delivery by Friday 2 PM. Your cupcakes are then baked fresh on the day they reach you.
When will my order arrive?
On the delivery day you chose, between about 5:00 and 9:00 PM, delivered by Trexity within Calgary. We deliver Tuesday to Saturday, and the calendar only shows days you can still order for.
Can I get Saturday delivery?
Yes. Saturday works like any other delivery day, just order by Friday 2 PM.
Can I buy in person?
Yes, we pop up at farmers markets on Saturdays. See where we'll be.
